New Year means leaving behind the last year. A whole year that contains 12 months, 365 days, 52 weeks, 525600 minutes, and 31,536,000 seconds. Abundance of time, right? Time has come to bid farewell to 2022 and welcome the new year 2023. In every new year, we leave behind the previous year that mixes success and failure. Every lost year is making our life span shorter. And thus, one day we will leave the world. But do we ever think what would be behind us? So finally we are witnessing the departure of the year 2022. The year was full of challenges and excitement. In 2022, where success has illuminated our life, failure also reminded us of their existence.Some people got what they aspired for a long time, and some have lost the way of success. How should a new year 2023 resolution be?

As 2022 is coming to an end and the new year is about to begin, let’s start this new year with a new commitment. Let’s resolve to be better than last year by forgetting all the failures, and turn the failure into a victory. Let’s chase a target to turn failure into success, prosperity and be the best version of us. So, in the new year 2023, we should

• Be Purposeful- Yes, you heard it right! We should be purposeful. Without getting entangled with the hard and bound rules, let’s be determined. Without leaping, let’s take small steps towards the goal. Let’s make short purposes on the plan about what we want to do in the future, and how to shape it. There is a saying that when there is a will, there is a way. So, slowly but steadily start work on the purpose.

• Be Productive- Productivity is very important to obtain success. You cannot expect success just by lying in bed or spending time aimlessly. Being productive means working towards your goals little by little. Do or learn something that will pave the way for achievement in the new year. Do promise yourself to be productive in 2023 to make the year a happy new year.

• Enjoy the Work- When you do work in pressure, you won’t get inner peace. A boring job may bring you money but not success. At some point of your life, you will immerse into failure. So, in the new year 2023, make a resolution of enjoying the work. Go for the work where your passion lies.

• Be target oriented- To get success, it is important to be target oriented. Make a plan on your target. If your target is to lose weight, work on the diet and exercise. Make a target of losing weight for one month. Try from the shorter target and then go for the big one. In the new year, enjoy your work without taking it as a burden.

• Worry less, target small, and work more- If you target the big one, you will be worried about achieving it. So target small, work more, and worry less.

• Appreciate the little progress- Appreciation and motivation is very important for progression. So, in 2023, don’t forget to appreciate yourself even on the small achievement.

• Make a vision and work on the mission- A proper or clear vision is very important in life. When you have a vision on where you want to see yourself in the future and have a clear target, you can work by making them a mission.
