  • 2 cups plain yogurt

  • Pinch each salt and freshly ground black pepper

Rub the toast slices all over with the garlic and reserve the garlic. Arrange the slices side by side on a large platter. Place the garlic in a food processor along with the cappers, olives, 2/3 cup of the oil, most of the basil, and salt and pepper. Blend until just combined.
