TresVista wins ‘Leading Practices in CSR’ award

Mumbai: TresVista has won the renowned HR Excellence award given by PeopleFirst in the category of “Leading Practices in CSR.” The awards honored TresVista for its ongoing dedication to Corporate Social Responsibility. There were 150+ entries from 80+ organizations representing a variety of industries. 
 
TresVista has been devoted to helping the community since since it was founded. With Contribute, Serve, Reform as a cornerstone of its culture, TresVista has had the honor of transforming many lives over the past 16 years while also reaching remarkable heights and milestones. 
 
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN are aligned with the CSR priority areas of TresVista. Through a variety of efforts, including advisory and consulting, volunteering, events, and contributions, it focuses on collaborating with social leaders and making an impact that is sustainable.

The PeopleFirst HR Excellence Awards have been given out for the longest and are the most coveted in the HR industry. They are aware of the experts and businesses pushing the limits of tactical thinking. They highlight the best HR efforts from businesses all around the world and give industry experts a chance to acknowledge the top-notch work done by their peers. 
 
For the “Leading Practices in CSR” award, nominations were assessed based on how well the enterprise had integrated corporate social responsibility into every aspect of the business, particularly through its workforce. Providing examples of the part performed by HR in the development and implementation of CSR efforts, as well as how these programmes show a clear connection between business strategy, societal responsibility, and community benefits. 
 
According to Vishal Shah, Executive Director of TresVista, “CSR” stands for “Contribute Serve Reform” and is the foundation of how we give back to society. By raising awareness of social issues, promoting engagement, and offering a variety of platforms for our employees to cooperate and contribute, we hope to enable them to become compassionate social leaders. 
 
Earlier, TresVista had enthusiastically observed World Environment Day by hosting “Art From the Heart,” an exhibition and sale of various works of art created by the staff. By raising money for a good cause, the event aims to promote sustainable behaviours and cultivate a community of people who live with a purpose.
