ConfirmTkt Empowers Accessibility and Care with Donation of 88 Wheelchairs at Secunderabad Railway Station

ConfirmTkt, India’s online train discovery and booking platform, confirms its social obligation by gifting 88 wheelchairs to Secunderabad Railway Station as part of its Corporate Social obligation (CSR) program. This project aims to provide the basic requirements of the elderly, differently-abled people, and the destitute population in Indian Railways’ Secunderabad Division.

The wheelchairs were distributed at the Secunderabad Railway Station in the presence of Shri M Basavaraj, Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Secunderabad; Dr. Anirudh Pamar Zarupul, Station Director, Secunderabad; and Mr. Dinesh Kumar Kotha and Mr. Sripad Vaidya, Co-founders of ConfirmTkt, demonstrating ConfirmTkt’s dedication to making a positive difference in society. These 88 wheelchairs will be deliberately placed throughout the network of train stations.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Kotha (Co founder and CEO) and Mr. Sripad Vaidya (Co founder and COO) Confirmtkt shared their thoughts on the CSR outreach, saying, “Differently-abled and elderly citizens face numerous challenges while boarding and disembarking trains, crossing footbridges in stations, and navigating through multiple platforms.” We hope that by making train travel more accessible, hassle-free, and comfortable for those in need, we may help to create a more inclusive atmosphere for all travelers. We believe in providing seamless and compassionate travel experiences, and this effort is completely in line with our principles.”
