Zomato launches new service ‘Everyday’
Zomato has introduced a new service called Zomato Everyday. The new service aims to provide food that tastes like it came from home. According to Zomato, this food will be prepared by’real home-chefs’ at reasonable prices. The change was announced in a blog post by the company. The new Zomato Everyday service will primarily cater to a demographic that spends less time with their families and does not always have access to home-cooked meals. Zomato Everyday is currently only available in certain areas of Gurgaon.

The food partners of Zomato will work with the home chefs. These chefs will create each recipe with the goal of providing quick and wholesome food at the best prices in minutes.
The ordering process will largely remain unchanged. According to Zomato, the user will simply browse the menu, personalise their meal, and have the food delivered to their door in minutes.
Everyday Pricing on Zomato
According to Zomato, the home-cooked food will be inexpensive. The online food ordering service will offer meals starting at Rs 89.
Zomato also has a Healthy section that offers a comparable product, but the food is prepared by commercial outlets/cloud kitchens. It is unclear how Zomato will keep quality control with home-cooked food.
Healthy Zomato provides food that has been curated by nutritionists and is prepared by restaurants. The pricing is also comparable to that of restaurant food. Healthy also provides macros for some popular dishes in order to attract fitness enthusiasts.
