BCCL organized grievance redressal campaign

Grievance redressal campaign – On December 5, 6, and 7, 2022, the Personnel Department of BCCL conducted a three-day campaign to address grievances for the benefit of employees who had left the company or who had been separated from it. On December 5, 2022, Shri Samiran Dutta, Chairman and Managing Director, lit a lamp to officially start the event. The camp was hosted at Annapurna Auditorium (Community Hall), Koyla Nagar, BCCL, from 10:30 am to 3:15 pm.

Speaking to everyone during the inauguration, the CMD stated that the BCCL Management is prepared to offer its employees and all other stakeholders of the company every assistance possible. At BCCL, we continuously strive to achieve the target of Zero Complaints. Both Senior Advisor Mr. PVKRM Rao and General Manager (P/O No.) Mr. Bidyut Saha were present in this camp.

According to Senior Advisor (Personnel) Mr. PV KRM Rao, the primary responsibility of the Personnel Department is to resolve grievances. We must be successful in this endeavour and reach the goal of having no open grievances. This camp has never been held before, neither in BCCL nor in Coal India. Other subsidiary companies will find this to be an inspiration.

Grievance redressal campaign

Under the effective leadership of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director and the Board of Directors, the General Manager (P/O No.) stated that we will achieve the goal of zero grievance redress and that it will be our intention that any retired and separated employees from the company’s service There should be no issue.

38 people showed up with complaints on the first day of the complaint redressal campaign. 33 people’s problems were immediately resolved. Every day, the grievances of personnel related to various areas will be resolved in the aforementioned three-day camp for grievance redress.

The complaints of Sijua, Kusunda, Putki Balihari, West Jharia, Central Hospital Dhanbad, Bastakola, East Jharia, CV, Washery Division, MRS and coal building headquarters, as well as the administration of Bhuli Nagar, will be addressed on December 06 and December 7, respectively.
