Former Chairman CIL praised WCL Digital Connect

WCL Digital Connect – In the recent 16^th Global Communications Conclave held by PRCI in Kolkata, where Chairman Emeritus of Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) Sh. M B Jayaram was present, innovative PR initiatives taken by WCL received praise and a great deal of attention from a top professional and former CMD of Coal India, Sh. Sutirtha Bhattacharya.

During the final year of 2021, Western Coalfields Limited (a subsidiary of Coal India Limited) launched two creative and distinctive internal audio-visual public relations efforts called WCL Samvad and WCL Jyoti. Both of the new initiatives were successful in improving WCL’s reputation among internal stakeholders. Every single one of these internal productions is done without any financial burden.

Shri Asheesh Tayal, Manager of Public Relations, WCL, has successfully implemented the idea of connecting WCL working professionals with the WCL Family directory through Digital connect and attracted a sizable fan following in the WCL family, as stated by Sh. Sutirtha Bhattacharya, Former Chairman of Coal India Limited. As the State Head of Maharashtra and Chapter Chairman of the Nagpur Chapter of the PRCI, Shri Tayal is also involved in professional organizations.
