NSIC and Phillips Machine Tools India signs MoU
On October 18, 2022, in New Delhi, Shri Narayan Rane, the Union Minister of MSME, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC) and Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt. Ltd.

Ms. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary, Shri B.B. Swain, Secretary from MSME, and Shri Gaurang Dixit, CMD, NSIC from SME also attended the event. The agreement was signed by Shri Navin Chopra, who is a CGM-SG of Tech./MIS, NSIC.
Phillips Machine Tools India
According to Shri Rane, the signing of this memorandum of understanding between NSIC and Phillips India would be a crucial step in developing trained labour for additive manufacturing, which is the future of manufacturing. According to him, both organisations can use their respective specialties to offer fantastic prospects for MSMEs in this developing industry.
