According to Great Place to Work India, Wipro is among the best workplaces for women in India. A global platform called Great Place to Work is dedicated to creating, maintaining, and honoring high-trust and high-performance cultures.
Each year, it researches businesses, nonprofits, and governmental organizations in 60 countries on six continents before selecting on 10,000 organizations.

According to the study, this company was picked because it was successful in a number of categories, including having at least 10% of its workforce be female and receiving positive feedback from at least 70% of its female employees. Excellent working conditions, gender equity, and equitable representation at all levels were further areas where the IT company excelled.
