Rajasthan NEET Counselling 22-23

Rajasthan NEET Counselling 2022 will be initiated by Admission Staff for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) in online mode on its specific website. The Chairman, NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board, as well as the Principal and Controller, SMS Medical College (Sawai Man Singh Medical College), Jaipur, are in charge of NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) counselling for undergraduate, postgraduate, and superspecialty courses in India. The counselling board, with the support of NIC, conducts online counselling and seat allotment (National Informatics Centre).

For the preparation of NEET in Rajasthan state, candidates come from all the states, because there is NEET in urban quota.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will administer the NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST NEET (UG) – 2022. The National Testing Body (NTA) is an autonomous and self-sustaining testing agency established by the Ministry of Human Resource Department (MHRD) to administer exams for admission to higher educational institutions.

MCC NEET Counselling is the process of final seat allotment into MBBS, BDS, and other medical programmes in India.

Coaching schools such as Allen and Aakash offer JEE preparation. Only these two coaches are significant among the top 50. Top pupils, as a result of being the best coaching institute in Rajasthan, students’ grades are higher here. Because there are fewer government seats each year, the cutoff remains extremely high.

Rajasthan is a state that is only partially open to the outside world. Take a spot at a private college in Rajasthan in the second and Mopup rounds.

Applicants will be assigned, and if the seat falls vacant, candidates from other states will be assigned.

Rajasthan NEET Counselling Process

The counselling procedure is divided into several rounds, with two rounds being the most common. If the seats remain unfilled after the two rounds of counselling, a mop-up round is held to fill the remaining seats in the medical college. The following are some frequent processes to follow during the counselling rounds:

Step 1: Application- Aspirants seeking admission must first register by filling out the Rajasthan MBBS application form, which includes personal, academic, and NEET 2022 information, and then paying the required application cost. Applicants who wish to participate in the admissions process’s counselling rounds must complete the following steps in order to complete the application form:

  • By accessing the official website, www.sso.rajasthan.gov.in, and inputting their correct information, they can create an SSO Id and Password.
  • After that, they must proceed to fill out the form accurately with personal and academic information.
  • You must upload a scanned copy of the following with the file sizes shown below: Photograph & Signature file size (20Kb to 50Kb).
  • Mark Sheets for 10th and 12th Grades (100Kb to 150Kb).
  • After that, applicants must pay a registration fee of Rs. 2000 for General Category (Rs. 1200 for SC/ST and students with a Rajasthan state domicile) in order to participate in the first round of counselling. If a candidate participates in the first round of counselling, he or she will not be entitled to participate in the second round. There are no refunds on the enrollment payment.

Step 2: Locking/Filling Options- Once the registration cost has been paid, the applicant will be given the option of selecting the college to which he wishes to enrol. The options will be put in the order of their desire. A candidate must have all of the data about a college before selecting it, as seat allocation is based on his choice.

Step 3: Registration Fee Deposit- After selecting the college of their choice, the applicant must pay the registration fee. The registration fee for medical school is different:

Rs. 10,000 for Government Medical College

Rs. 1,00,000 for both government and private medical colleges

NOTE: If the applicant fails to appear for any of the rounds of the counselling session, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Step 4: Seat Allocation– Based on the government’s reservation policy, seats were assigned to candidates based on their ranks and preferences.

Step 5: Reporting to the College Allotted to the Applicant- After the seats at the desired medical college are allotted, the applicant must report to the college, failing which his spot will be forfeited and given to another in queue applicant.
