Selection Procedure :

Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview

Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023 is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. The Institute may appoint a Screening/Short Listing Committee to review all applications submitted in response to this advertisement and to limit the number of candidates to a reasonable amount based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities belonging to the category/ categories for which the post is identified. The Selection Process will comprise of Written Test and Personal Interview. Selection of candidates for engagement as Trade Apprentices shall be made through multiple choice written test of eligible shortlisted candidates. Organization reserves the right to shortlist candidates for written test, if the number of applications for all or any trade is very large, in that case criteria to shortlist will be marks obtained in technical qualification.

Mode of Recruitment :
