• Entrants with refugee status who are still working on behalf of their native community will be given preference.
• Candidates must have two years of experience working as volunteers, full-time workers, or both in the community development field.
• The candidate cannot be enrolled in school at the time of application or be engaged in any research activities there.
• The applicant must be English fluent. IELTS or TOEFL scores will be requested of the candidate. (If selected as a semifinalist)
• The nominee must be available to travel to the United States for four months between August and December 2023.
