Scholarship Support:

This European study course provides successful applicants with:

• Approved flight from your home country to the UK and back at the end of your prize (CSC will not reimburse you for expenses incurred, or travel expenses incurred before your prize is confirmed).

Application Requirements:

To apply for these bursaries, you must meet the eligibility requirements set out below:

• Become a Pakistani / AJK citizen and permanent resident of Pakistan / AJK. People of both countries are not eligible.
• Want to start your studies in the UK at the beginning of the UK academic year in September / October 2022
• To obtain a Master’s scholarship, an applicant must obtain a first degree in the relevant postgraduate degree (16 years Bachelor’s / Master degree) in the relevant field of study by closing the application date.
• For a Ph.D. bursary, an applicant must obtain a first degree in the relevant postgraduate certificate level (17/18 Masters / MS / MPhil degree) in the relevant field of study by closing the application date.
• A two-second separation is allowed but the candidate for baptism should not have a second term in the council/final.
• Do not enroll for a Master or Ph.D., or MPhil leading Ph.D., UK university before September / October 2023
• You have not yet started and are currently enrolled for a Master or Ph.D., or MPhil leading Ph.D., in your country or elsewhere.
• Have potential administrator support from at least one UK university listed on your application form. (Ph.D.)
• Give all necessary documents in the required format.
• Being able to afford to study in the UK without this course.
• Two references were submitted online in the UK application process.
• You must obtain a minimum mark of 70% on the HEC Aptitude Test (HAT).

Necessary Documents:

Your application must include the following supporting documents in order for your application to be considered.

• a copy of your valid passport (or national card) showing your photo, date of birth, and nationality was uploaded during the online application process.
• transcripts of your higher education qualifications include transcripts of any qualifications you are currently studying (with certified translations if not in English).
• Hard Copy of HEC application form (and relevant academic documents namely, written, external level equity, objective statement
• research program/proposal
• copies of CNIC, Domicile)
• Commonwealth scholarship forms (proof of 02 references and letter of appointment) can be kept.

Guidelines on How to Submit Application for HEC Commonwealth Scholarship 2023-24:

• Applicants are needed to submit online applications on the Commonwealth and HEC portals.
• In case the applicant fails to submit application forms online to ALL websites mentioned in Step (1) and Step (2) below, their application will not be considered for continued use.

Step#1 (Commonwealth Online Application)

Apply online for the Commonwealth (CW) Scholarship for Master & Doctoral studies (Ph.D.) using their Electronic Application System (EAS) at:
