The fully-funded exchange program abroad, sponsored by the Australian and Indonesian governments in collaboration, is a merit-based exclusive program with two key components: online exposure and in-country experience. They will also be prepared to get experience in another culture. Australians will gain practical experience in the Indonesian context, while Indonesians will gain valuable experience in Australia. The student exchange program will assist young minds in developing intercultural abilities through participation in various cultural events. The AFS Global Competence Certificate combines virtual learning with on-the-job training via several courses. Each module will include quizzes, activities, videos, and forums to assist participants in expanding their learning domain. Intercultural learning among participants is being accomplished using modular, blended, and experiential learning methodologies. The online lessons are centered on content that will assist users in reflecting on their cultural identities, managing their emotions, and building meaningful relationships across divides. - The candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 25.
