IIT Delhi-Abu Dhabi’s temporary campus will start in Jan 2024

IIT-Delhi Director Rangan Banerjee‘s announcement coincided with the start of the G20 Summit in New Delhi on Saturday. Abu Dhabi’s emergence as a hub for global educational excellence prompted  Iit Delhi-Abu Dhabi as part of the emirate’s higher education ecosystem as an evident choice in light of the calibre, specialisation, vast technical knowledge, and prestige of the institution. IIT Delhi-Abu Dhabi’s academic offerings will pave the way for education pathways aimed at upskilling the future generation, contributing to the development of our knowledge-based economy.

IIT Director Prof. Banerjee also shared that the institution will handle all academic matters at its new Abu Dhabi branch, including curriculums, labs, and research initiatives, in addition to participating in infrastructure planning, especially digital infrastructure, in cooperation with partners at Adek and other relevant entities.

This will involve forming significant partnerships with prominent UAE and international entities, serving as a link between academia and the professional sphere and enhancing internship opportunities.

IIT Delhi Placement 2023: The IIT Delhi (Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi)  placement season has begun for the academic year 2022–2023 so far. By the end of Day 1, which took place on December 1 and 2, 2022, students had accepted about 650 full-time job offers and had chosen about 550 unique jobs. Over 250 pre-placement offers are included in this.

Numerous placement offers have also been made to several pupils. Over the same period last year, there has been a 20% increase in the number of job offers received.
