Services Selection Board Commonly known as SSB is a 5 Day Interview Process which was not Indian Made Process.It was gift by Britishers when They Were Leaving India.In late 1960’s There was some amendments in Psychological Test Followed by Amendments in Screening Process in late 1990’s .

What is De Novo System in SSB Interviews
De Novo meaning New Or a Beginning.Its a Made in India Process. To Be Introduced Made in India Selection Process will be a 3 Day Services Selection Day Process which will be introduced for all the 3 Forces.
De Novo System in SSB Interviews will start with Online Screening Process which will start at Your Home which means you don’t have to come for Screening Process at Your Service Selection Board Center.Those who qualify will be called for Devo Novo System in Service Selction Board .
Day 1- De Novo SSB
It will start with a Physical Endurance Test.A Run of 1.6 Km followed by Psychological Test with Amendments in TAT,WAT and SRT Technique.TAT will have 9 Stories including a blank one. WAT will have more of Synonym like words to be written rather a sentence on a Particular Word..Followed will be SRT which will be Optional followed by Choosing Your Responses in aParticular Order
Day 2-De Novo SSB
It will comprise of Interview Technique followed by GTO Procedure. GTO Procedure will be more or Less same except it will be conducted in one single day
Day 3-De Novo SSB
Day 3 Will be Conference and Finally candidates will come to know Their Results
Denovo System in SSb Interviews will be Implemented by 2026 with a Sole aim to Get more Influx of Potential Candidates who can be tamed to become a Good Commissioned Officer.
