Air Force Phase 2 is the next step after successfully completing Phase 1, which usually involves initial screening, aptitude tests, and an assessment of basic eligibility criteria. Phase 2 is typically more rigorous and comprehensive, aiming to assess candidates in various areas to determine their suitability for a career in the Air Force.

Physical Fitness Assessment:

Candidates who pass the online test and are selected based on merit will be contacted and called to the Airmen Selection Centre for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), which entails running 1.6 kilometres (1,600 metres) in 6 minutes and 30 seconds, followed by performing 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats in the allotted amount of time.

Important:- Candidates are advised to carry their own sports shoes and shorts/track pants.

Adaptability Test 1:-(For trades in both Group X and Group Y) After passing the PPT test, candidates must take the Adaptability Test 1 (Objective Type Written Test), which determines whether they are qualified to work for the Indian Air Force (Situation Reaction Test – SRT).

Adaptability Test 2:– (For trades in both Group X and Group Y) All applicants who passed Adaptability Test 1 will need to undergo Adaptability Test 2, which is being administered to determine whether a candidate is suitable for the Indian Air Force environment.Its also known Group Discussion however this Test Checks your Reading Skills,Writing Skills and Speaking Skills
