Since then, speculation has run rampant in recent days about whether Nancy Pelosi, 83, has had plastic surgery.

Her father, Thomas D'Alesandro Jr., served as the Mayor of Baltimore, and her brother, Thomas D'Alesandro III, followed in their father's footsteps by also becoming the Mayor of Baltimore.
