The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) already started receiving registrations for the CA Final session Nov 2024 under their new plan. You will need to proceed to sign up for the CA Final exams if you are through with the CA Inter exams and you are ready to commence your practical training.

Now you don’t need to visit the bank or a post office to submit your forms. You just fill in the form online and check the status of your application. Under this new scheme you will be able to attend the CA Final exam only after finishing 6 months of practical training.

To register for ICAI CA Final Nov 2024, follow these simple steps on the Student Service Portal (SSP):

Step 1: Visit ICAI’s webpage on the official website at icai.org.

Step 2: Choose “Student Services” from the list of options that appear below the “e-services” menu.

Step 3: Drill down further and click on the “Self-Service Portal” link to continue.

Step 4: Log in as a user through your user ID and password. If you don’t have an account, tap on the provided link.

Step 5: Firstly, click the “Final” tab to see the CA Final 2024 registration form.

Step 6: Write your name, address, marital status, and study medium down.

Step 7: Refer to the ICAI’s document and scan the required documents. The document list can be found below the form.

Step 8: Please, fill in the registration form and pay the fee.

Step 9: Please download the payment receipt for your keeping.

By this way, you will be able to register for CA final 2024 without having to visit ICAI’s branch or mailing the documents.

Note: When you are a student from Union Territories which are newly formed like Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh and North-East states, your CA Final Registration Fee for May 2024 is reduced to Rs. 5500. Utilize that promotional rate by enrolling via the standard registration process which is described above.

CA Final Registration Validity:

In the light of ICAI’s regulations, candidates can obtain CA Final registration for five years. This is followed by an extension of your registration period. 

Here’s how:

• Submit the re-validation form with your student ID number online through your student account.

• Joining as a current student and it will cost you Rs. A CA Final revalidation fee of Rs 500.

After the revalidation process is over, you can then appear for the CA Final exam in the next session by providing the revalidation date in your exam form. This is carried out to make you eligible for permanent residency even after the initial five years are over.
