What is UCAT?

The full form of UCAT is University Clinical Aptitude Test. UCAT UK, It is a major entrance exam used for medicine and dentistry programs in universities in Australia and New Zealand. The students are selected on the basis of its marks. It was started in the UK in 2006 as the UK Clinical Aptitude Test (UKCAT). After the introduction of UKCAT in Australia and New Zealand too, its name was changed to UCAT in 2019.

The UCAT is a 2-hour, computer-based test (CBT) that assesses a range of psychic abilities important to practice in the fields of medicine and dentistry by universities. It consists of 5 different timed sub-tests, each containing questions in the format of MCQs.

Eligibility for UCAT
