1) Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin inaugurated a New industrial park at Eraiyur in the Perambalur district.

2) A new system called Digi Yatra was launched by Avian Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia to enable seamless and paperless domestic travel with the implementation of Digital technology. Digi Yatra system is currently available in Delhi, Bangalore and Varanasi and will be expanded to four more airports – Hyderabad, Pune, Vijayawada and Kolkata by March 2023.

3) The Himalayan Yak has been recognised as a “food animal” by Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI)

4) Shri Prasoon Joshi is appointed as the brand ambassador of Uttarakhand. He is currently the Chairman of the Central Board of Film Certification (Censor Board).

6) Union Health Ministry appointed Dr. Deepa Malik as Nikshay Mitra ambassador, an initiative under Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan in New Delhi. She is also serving as the President of the Paralympic Committee of India

7) National Pollution Control Day is observed every year on December 2, to pay homage to those who lost their lives in the Bhopal Gas Tragedy of 1984.

8) Smt Preeti Sudan is added to Member of UPSC Panel. The oath was administered to her by the UPSC chairman Dr Manoj Soni.

9) Govt of India has planned to form a New Council for Biotechnology.

10) World Computer Literacy Day is observed every year on December 02 to promote technological skills, especially in children and women, and inspire them to learn more and make their work easier by the use of computers.
Computer Literacy Day was launched by Indian computer company NIIT to mark its 20th anniversary in 2001.

11) Union Minister RK Singh inaugurated the Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd’s (REC) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for the procurement, operation and maintenance of ten Mobile Health Clinics (MHC) “Doctor Apke Dwar” in Bhojpur, Bihar.
