The government has started Vidya Sambal Yojana to fill the vacant teachers posts in government schools of Rajasthan. Under this, guest faculty will be appointed on 60 thousand posts of teachers lying vacant in about 50 thousand government schools of the state. But a rule of the government is coming in the way of this scheme. It is a rule, it is mandatory to pass REET with B.Ed in guest faculty. While the result of REET-2022 has not been released yet.

Actually, in Rajasthan till now candidates who have passed the REET exam were given a 3-year eligibility certificate. Which has been increased this time to lifetime. But, it may take time to get the final result of REET-2022. In such a situation, more than 11 lakh candidates appearing in Level-2 examination this time will not be able to apply for guest faculty. At the same time, the level-2 recruitment exam was canceled in 2021 last year. Whereas the eligibility of the candidates of 2017 has ended in 2021 itself.

In such a situation, the shortage of teachers in more than 25 thousand vacant posts of Level-2 in government schools of the state can increase the trouble of classes V to VIII. Because the sessions have started in the schools. After the result declaration, application and appointment may also take at least 1 month.

3900 posts vacant in Jaipur, 1568 of Level-2
A total of 3427 government schools are operating in the capital city of Jaipur. In which 3900 posts of teachers are vacant. In this, 150 posts of School Lecturer Grade One, 523 of Senior Teacher, 1568 of Level-22, 1348 of Level-1 and 311 posts of Physical Education are vacant. On which applications have been invited for guest faculty. But students are not applying for Level-2 because of REET eligibility.

Three hundred to four rupees per hour salary
In guest faculty, teachers of Grade III will get Rs 300 per hour, senior teachers Rs 350 per hour, lecturer Rs 400 per hour, physical teachers and lab assistants will get Rs 300-300 per hour. On the other hand, senior teachers will get maximum 25 thousand, lecturer maximum 30 thousand and others will get a maximum of 21 thousand rupees. Whereas salary will not be available on holidays. So if the teacher gets a period. So seven and a half thousand rupees salary will be given. There you will get more periods. So the salary will increase accordingly.

Will leave as soon as permanent teacher is found
The Education Department of Rajasthan has started the process for the recruitment of Senior Teachers, Physical Teachers and Lecturers. In such a situation, whenever there is an appointment on these posts, then the services of these guest faculty teachers will be terminated.
