Oyster Dealer Bali Optimistic to Make Local Oysters Popular , Oyster Dealer is expanding again, after two outlets in Jakarta. Now they are present at Beach Haus, Bali. Different from the previously introduced outlets, this time they carry a more casual concept. Opened in late December, they not only serve seafood dishes with their specialty of oysters, but they also offer a natural view of Batu Belig Beach, Kerobokan, and Seminyak.
“The presence in Bali is a new color for us. And, the enthusiasm we received made us want to be more creative and innovative in serving dishes. In addition, we also want to introduce local oysters that have high taste to foreign tourists here,” said Andhika Biantara, Chef & Owner of Oyster Dealer in his official statement.
The casual concept that is the main characteristic of this Bali outlet is their effort to attract many foreign tourists. They can enjoy the beach view and eat a variety of menus ranging from appetizers to desserts made from oysters.

Not only the concept that seems different compared to other outlets. Oyster Dealer Beach Haus also presents menu innovations. For example, The Dealer’s Shoyu Pasta, Sleeper Prawn, Shrimp Roedjak, Balinese Inspired Fried Rice, Seared Barramundi, Ceviche, Tiger Prawn Alla Busara, Crusted Salmon, White Snapper, Ginger Tuna Tataki, and many more.

What remains the same is the presence of fresh oyster options such as Pacific Oyster, Pacific Japan Oyster, European French Oyster, Olympia Australia Oyster, Atlantic Oyster, and Kumamoto Oyster that come with selected sauces.
