About BHU PET Exam 2023
The Banaras Hindi University will select candidates for admission to its postgraduate programmes by administering the Bhu Pet entrance exam in 2023. Before the deadline, interested candidates must fill out and submit the Application form. Only online will the application form be made available. It is essential for all applicants to validate their eligibility before to submitting an application. The only format for the entrance exam will be online (as a computer-based test). BHUPET 2023 (Application Process)
Only online applications will be accepted for the BHU PET 2023 admission exam. Visit the BHU website to submit an application if you’re interested. Below are all of the specifics regarding the BHU PET application procedure for 2023.
- Candidates must first go to the official website and start the registration process.
- During the registration process, candidates must provide some basic information, like their name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, etc.
- After registration, candidates are required to submit information regarding their picture identification documents. For this, you may utilize Aadhaar cards, passports, voter identification cards from the Indian Election Commission, bank passbooks with photos, driving licenses, Pan cards, any other legal government identification numbers, and admit cards issued by the relevant boards.
The main application form must then be filled out after the applicants log in.
Candidates must complete the application form with the required personal, contact, and educational information.
Candidates must also scan and upload their photo and signature in accordance with the portal’s instructions.In the following stage, applicants must pay the necessary application fee.
After submitting their application and making their payment, applicants must print a copy of their completed application form and fee receipt for their records.

BHU PET Entrance Exam 2023 Admit Card
- As soon as the submission of the application form is complete, the university will release the admission card.
- Visitors must enter their registration information on the university’s official website in order to download the admission card.
- The admit card will have details such as your Name, Gender, Category, Photograph, Signature, Course name, Course Code, etc.
- Without an admission card, no candidate will be permitted to enter the examination room.

BHUPET 2023 (Eligibility Criteria)
Depending on the course for which a candidate is applying, certain requirements must be met by applicants. The following are the requirements for admission to several of the key courses.
- M.A. in Mass Communication: Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% across all graduate-level courses.
- M.A. in Museology: After graduating under at least a 10+2+3 pattern, an M.A. in History of Art, Ancient Indian History, Culture & Archaeology, History, or Sanskrit must earn at least 50% of the total marks.
- MLib I Sc (Master of Library & Information Science): Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accordance with the 10+2+3 pattern, with a minimum of 50% overall in all disciplines taken at the graduate level.
- M.P.Ed. (Master of Physical Education) : either a four-year Bachelor of Physical Education (Professional) degree with at least 50% overall marks or a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) with a minimum of 50% overall.
- LLM: 3-Year LL.B. after Graduation in the 10+2+3 Pattern or 5-Year LL.B. in the 10+2+5 Pattern, both of which are recognized by the Bar Council of India and require a minimum of 50% overall in the LL. B. Degree program.
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications) : Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Minimum Cumulative Gpa of 50% under the 10+2+3 system. Please be aware that applicants must have studied mathematics as one of their subjects in Intermediate, Plus Two (10+2), or a comparable test, or at the Bachelors level (as a main or a subsidiary subject)
- Masters in Social Work: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline in accordance with the 10+2+3 pattern with a minimum of 50% overall.
- MBA: Financial Management, Risk and Foreign Trade: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% under the 10+2+3 pattern OR an equivalent.
- Forensic Science M.Sc.: The candidate must have completed a science degree program in accordance with the 10+2+3 pattern with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% and a major in one of the following at the undergraduate level: Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Genetics, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Psychology, Computer Science, Statistics, Forensic Science, Geography, Geophysics, and Geology. In addition, graduates with MBBS, BDS, B.Tech, B.E., or B. Pharm degrees who have an overall GPA of at least 50% are also eligible.
- LLM Program: Candidates must hold a three-year LL.B. following graduation in accordance with the 10+2+3 pattern or a five-year LL.B. in accordance with the 10+2+5 pattern approved by the Bar Council of India, with a minimum of 50% overall in the LL. B. degree program.
