The main objective of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) Overseas Scholarship is to give candidates a chance to benefit from a diversified pool of knowledge and access world-class facilities at partner institutions across the globe. Interested candidates can apply through the PTDF for specific programs offered by these partner institutions.  The award provides coverage for different expenses, including airfare, health insurance, tuition fees, bench fees (if applicable), and allowances to cover living and accommodation costs.
