In April 2021, Colleen created a notable milestone with the launch of her book, “Leader By Design,” a testament to her undying determination to leadership excellence. Garnering acclaim and earning a finalist nomination in the prestigious Australian Business Book Awards, the book made space for a new chapter in Colleen’s journey, setting the stage for even better accomplishments.

In December 2023, Colleen went on yet another awe-inspiring endeavor with the release of yet another book, “ELEVATE – Unlock Your Extraordinary Potential,” which was co-authored by Shannah Kennedy who is a luminary in the field of life coaching. With the mutual work and support, they unveiled a roadmap to personal and professional growth, providing insights and strategies to help people move beyond limitations and embrace their extraordinary potential.

Although, being an entrepreneur is not the only thing that she embodies the role of, she is also a loving wife to Nick, and a concerned and caring mother to Jake, Trent and Macey. She breathes inspiration from her parents’ stories and draws strength from her odyssey of overcoming adversity and bagging success even through tough times. 

“My father, an Italian immigrant who arrived in Australia as an infant, attended school only until the age of 13. From that point onward, he dedicated himself to working to provide for his family. His remarkable work ethic has left a lasting impact on me.

On the other hand, my mother, despite adversity with an alcoholic father and losing her mother in her early 20s, exhibited extraordinary nurturing qualities. Caring for my older brother, me, and even taking on a motherly role for her younger siblings, her selflessness became a pillar of strength for our family,” says Colleen with a proud tone while talking about her family.
