“Throughout the program, my eyes have been opened even more to the possibilities that a nurse leader has,” she says. “I don’t know exactly where I want the degree to take me, but I know it will serve me well. It has helped me understand the many components of a hospital system, and given me greater awareness of how nursing fits in.”
