Candidate Instructions :
The company has been providing instructions for those who train in BIRED
1. Candidates are given full time free training
2. Free meals and lodging for training candidates
3. Candidates should stay at the company's accommodation,
4. Candidates who complete the training will be given a training certificate from the company
5. Applicants who are currently studying should not apply
6. For 45-day sentencing classes, the person must bring home their last dress
7. Locally resident, the company pays bus transportation charges to convicted felons
