Nigella sativa, also called black cumin, is one of the most widely used medicinal plants in the world. This plant is well known in Unani and various traditional methods like Tib, Ayurveda and Siddha. Nigella Sativa seeds and oils have a long history of being used in various medicinal and food systems.Black Cumin Oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa or calendula, a plant of Asian descent in the Ranunculesi family. Kalonji is also called Nigella sativa or Kalojira, which belongs to the buttercup family of flowering plants.

One study found that people with diabetes reduced their total and LDL cholesterol by playing supplements with Kalonji for a year. Playing 2 grams of Kalanji daily for 12 weeks lowers both total and LDL cholesterol.

Black cumin oil enhances immunity by enhancing immunity and general well-being with black cumin. It also acts as a great tonic during recovery and stress. It also helps prevent seasonal diseases.

4.Fighting infections:

Black cumins are very useful in the fight against bacterial and fungal infections. It is also used in the case of Helicobacter pylori to fight candida or fungal infections, as well as for the skin.
