9.71 – Retrieve’s Virtual Proctor and New Support Center

The 9.71 release introduces some more major features to help instructors become more efficient by reducing manual efforts.

Use Artificial Intelligence to Proctor Assessments

Allow Retrieve’s virtual assistant to Proctor an assessment. Proctored assessments require students to use a computer with a webcam and record a brief video stating information about themselves required by the instructor. We are then utilizing Artificial Intelligence to gather snapshots from the student’s webcam to ensure it was the expected student from start to finish.

By the end of the assessment, the instructor will be alerted if our AI recognizes any unfamiliar people and allow the instructor to review the snapshots that were taken.

Instructors will now be able to verify their students taking the course appropriately, with little to no manual effort required!

Create Frequently Asked Questions in Support

All instructors, trainers and SMEs can recite a list of the most frequently asked questions of their subject. They can also recount the numerous times they have been asked these questions and had to manually respond in inefficient ways. Save time and clone your instructors or Support staff by utilizing our new FAQ feature within Support. FAQs can be constructed with text, video, images, and files to best convey the answer to these questions.

Our Support extension has been enhanced to provide these FAQs for users as well as offer the agent or instructor a streamlined approach to reviewing their open support questions.
