Gi Group India appoints Sonal Arora

Sonal has extensive experience of more than two decades in industries such as Media and HR Services Outsourcing.

Gi Group is pleased to appoint Sonal Arora as the new Executive Director and Head for their staffing business.

She started her career with The Times of India group and was working with TeamLease Services Pvt. Ltd. before joining Gi Group.

In both the industries, she has handled key responsibilities for Business Planning & Strategy, P&L growth and Operations. Within HR Services, Sonal has been involved in successfully building multiple business lines in the areas of staffing, payroll outsourcing and compliances from grounds up. Sonal enjoys building businesses and high performing teams and has experience in leading diverse, cross-functional and multi-locational teams.
