The campus of Florida School & College of Nursing is situated in the centre of the city of Bangalore, just 22kms from the city Railway Station. The establishment is operated and managed by Nursing and Medical Association of Bangalore Group of Institutions. This profound cross-cultured medical institute embarked on its journey in 2003. Florida School & College was founded by Mr. Majesh Mohan, Chairman of Bangalore Group of Institutions in support with Mr. A. Prabhakaran Reddy, President of Bangalore Group of Institutions. The first batch of this college started with an intake of 60 students in 2003. The affiliations of Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC), Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board (KSDNEB) and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) were approved in the same year.

• PB. B. Sc in Nursing – Post Basic Bachelor in Science (P.B. B. Sc) Nursing is a two-year programme which can be done after successful completion of GNM. The course aims to prepare young professionals to assure responsibility as nurse specialists, consultants, educators, clinical practitioner and administrators in professional organizations, which fosters improvement of quality health care.
• M. Sc in Nursing – Masters in Science (M. Sc) Nursing is a 2-years post-graduation programme done after the successful completion of B. Sc or P.B. B. Sc Nursing.
