In the light of the recent pandemic, the CISCE has initiated the process of reducing Syllabi for the ICSE and ISE levels. It has been done especially for the 10th and 12th grades for the year 2022. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) said that it has decided to do so to make up for the academic disturbance caused by the COVID19 pandemic.
The CISCE has already reduced the syllabus for the English and Indian languages and is reviewing other subjects as well to reduce the syllabi without hampering the quality of education.
