There are many more tricks to recall the dates and events to make memory strong.

Take a look for a technique that will make it very simple and easy to remember.

Just follow these three easy steps,

  1. Create a Dateroni table

  2. Create a historical event into a funny word or a simple word.

  3. Co-relate that word with the event.

Let,s go with the very 1st step, i.e Creating a Dateroni table.

For that just write down the number from 0-9 vertically in a table with alphabets a except A,E,I,O,U

0

B

N

Z

1

C

P

2

D

Q

3

E

R

4

G

S

5

H

T

6

J

V

7

K

W

8

L

X

9

M

Y

So it become like,

0 corresponds to B and N

1 corresponds to C and P

2 corresponds to D and Q and so as like this continue till 9.

  • So moving towards the 2nd step, Let’s take a example of any event in history.

The Indian rebellion of 1857, North India’s first war of Independence or we can say North India’s First struggle for independence.

So according to the 1st step,

1 Belongs to C and P

8 belongs to L and X

5 Belongs to H and t

7 belongs to K and W

so for remembering this date, considering last letters 5 and 7.

will take T and K and using vowels create a word with these letters.

So will take ‘TOOK’ to remember the rebellion of 1857.

As we can take this as The Indian Rebellion of 1857 “TOOK” place at Meerut.

So here is the easiest way to remember the hardest dates and the events in a tricky way.
