Applicants do not exceed the Minimum 18 years as on 04.10.2023.
Cochin Shipyard Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed Pass in Xth standard, Pass in ITI (National Trade Certificate – NTC) in any one of the trades and Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the concerned discipline (Refer Table I – B).

The stipend for the above said post is up to Rs. 8,000/- per Month.
CSL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
Short-listing of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trades. In case, same percentage of marks is secured by more than one candidate in prescribed qualification, relative merit shall be decided based on seniority in age.

- Interested candidates who fulfill the above-mentioned eligibility criteria should go through the User Manual published on our website cochinshipyard.in (Career page – CSL Kochi) before filling the online application. The application consists of two phases – One time Registration in the SAP E-recruitment portal of CSL and Submission of application against the Trade/Vocation applicable. Applicants should not submit more than one application. Application once submitted shall be final.
- The website will remain functional for the purpose of submitting applications from 20 September 2023 and the last date for submission of applications through online is 04 October 2023. In order to avoid heavy traffic in website on the last date that may result in non-submission of application, candidates are advised to log in to CSL website and submit applications well in advance before the last date. Those who apply on the last date of application may not get any troubleshooting assistance / technical support in the online application portal by email/phone after 1600 hrs on the last date.
