- Visit the official website of Parivahan Sewa: https://parivahan.gov.in/
- Click “Drivers/Learners License” on the homepage
- Click “Apply for Learner’s License” on that page
- Check Application stages & Click on “Continue” button
- Select Submit via Aadhaar Authentication or Submit without Aadhaar Authentication”
- Enter the Aadhaar Number and Click Generate OTP Button
- Submit the OTP and Click Authenticate
- Fill out the Personal Details in the Form
- Upload the required documents
- Pay the application fees through online portal
- After verification, you can download your Learner’s License Registration
