No Need to Visit RTO Office for Learner’s License!! How to Apply for LLR? & Check Required Documents!!

Learner’s License Apply Online: A Learner’s License (LL) is issued by the respective state Regional Transport Office (RTO). After passing the learner’s license test, a learner’s license is issued if you want to learn how to drive. This license is valid for 6 months. After one month, you can then apply for a permanent driving license. Now we can see how to get Learner’s License Online.

  • Aadhaar Card (Mandatory)
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Transfer Certificate (Mandatory)
  • 10th Mark sheet

How to Apply Online for Learner’s License Registration?

  • Visit the official website of Parivahan Sewa: https://parivahan.gov.in/
  • Click “Drivers/Learners License” on the homepage
  • Click “Apply for Learner’s License” on that page
  • Check Application stages & Click on “Continue” button
  • Select Submit via Aadhaar Authentication or Submit without Aadhaar Authentication”
  • Enter the Aadhaar Number and Click Generate OTP Button
  • Submit the OTP and Click Authenticate
  • Fill out the Personal Details in the Form
  • Upload the required documents
  • Pay the application fees through online portal
  • After verification, you can download your Learner’s License Registration
