This rejection by the bench of justices is against a single-bench HC order dated on December 14, 2021. The HC then directed the private schools to give a pay scale for three of its teachers as per the 7th pay commission grades and also held the arrears that were effect from January 1, 2016.
HC also states that the writ petition filed by three teachers in Bharat Mata Saraswati Bal Mandir Senior Secondary School is involved in the terms of ‘Public Law Element’ and the teachers wanted to seek the implementation of the law sections. The Court also said, “Consequently, this court is of the view that the present appeal is bereft of merit. Accordingly, the present appeal and application are dismissed but with no order as to cost”.
