SC / ST / BC / EBC and minority students will receive scholarship benefits under the YSR Jagananna Vidya Deevena 2019 program. The Andhra Pradesh government has invested heavily in women’s empowerment, farmer development, non-governmental governance reforms, and overall economic development, as well as changing the quality of education, nutrition, healthcare services, etc. Is committed to In this direction, the government is implementing a number of large-scale programs involving people from all parts of the state, which are titled together. An essential commitment of the government is to improve the overall enrolment rate (GER), provide quality higher education, keep students in the stream of higher education, and equip students with the skills necessary for the fourth industrial age. As part of this, the government has decided to launch a scheme called Jagananna Vidya Deevena’. Under the scheme, the government will provide ‘full fee payment’ to eligible students who are pursuing degrees across the state, residing in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The government has already stated the date of implementation of the scheme. Beneficiaries of this scheme should read above the eligibility criteria in the Government Order (GO).
To ensure smooth and effective implementation of the Jagananna Vidya Deevena ’program, the Government of Andhra Pradesh issues the following guidelines for the registration and consolidation of educational institutions located in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility criteria and list of beneficiaries of the Jagananna Vidya Deevena ‘program
If the candidate's family member working in Govt. Jobs or a pension, in cases they are not eligible to apply this scheme.
Students taking polytechnics, ITI, graduate, and other UG / PG courses in public, private, and government colleges can apply.
Students pursuing studies in government and private colleges are eligible for this program, moreover, their family income is expected to be less than Rs 2.5 Lakh per year.
Beneficiaries must have wetlands of less than 10 acres / agricultural land of fewer than 25 acres.
The beneficiary's family does not have a four-wheeled vehicle (car, taxi, car, etc.).
The beneficiary's family does not pay any property tax.
Applicants who have less than 1,500 square feet of home in the city are eligible for this
program.
