With the mission ‘Your future is our vision’, Graspskills, in its 5^th year now, has been leaping towards one goal and that has been to help professionals enhance their career prospects.

The team that began with merely 4 individuals – our founders- Somashekhar Vastrad Rudrayyaswami, Satish Desai, Ravikumar Rama Krishnan and Harisha, whose brainchild was Graspskills, soon expanded to 50 employees in its first year. Today, it is now a home to over 100 employees and serving over 56 countries.

But, this is just the start and Graspskills has a long way to go. The founders, Ravi and Satish recall their journey, “We named the company Graspskills because we are on a mission to help people grasp more skills. In the initial year, we had an excellent start, we did grow to a family that has more than 100 people, but this is not our only dream.”

Satish further added, “A company is known by its clients and reach. Our dream has been to spread our reach across the globe and today we are halfway there.”

Somashekhar said, “As a founder, it does not matter from where we have come or where we are, what matters is where we go from here. Dream and manifestation are just the initial steps, we have bigger plans and goals. We have to keep dreaming and growing such as the graph of life and graph of our dreams.”

What is this dream? Where do we see Graspskills from here? What is the goal? With so many questions in mind, this young company had one hope – to turn towards someone more experienced. Graspskills found a mentor and advisor in M.K. Bharatee who stepped in to help the company reach their ultimate goal of becoming a multinational company.

As an Advisor, M.K. Bharatee shared his plan and some secrets too, “I joined with the aim of taking the company to the goal of making it a globally recognized company and we are revising a lot internally.  We will soon increase the courses, build our brand and expand to other countries. But I won’t say much now, there is a lot to see.”

A company is nothing without its employees, who drive it to the top. Happy employees mean a healthy company and its Managers are the biggest strength. Elated to see the company in its 5^th year now, here is what the managers had to say.

Mr. Kumar, the inside sales manager said, “It has certainly been a nice learning and enduring journey with Graspskills. It has always been a pleasure imparting my knowledge and skills towards the Organization.

Raghavendra, the manager of the Marketing team said, “I have been working at Graspskills for less than a year. The company is a great place to work, you learn in the friendly environment and the work-life balance is also maintained. There are some awesome employee engagement activities.

Most importantly, the higher authorities give good advice and give us the freedom to express our ideas. As a team, we plan strategically on how to overcome our weakness and enhance our strength to win in any situation, “he added.

One of the oldest employees of Graspskills, the Manager of the Quality Control Department – Uma, said, “I had an amazing learning experience in Graspskills as my directors and Colleagues were very helpful. This helps me improve my skills and I thank & appreciate my team members for their coordination, co-operation towards work.”

She continued, “Graspskills has the perfect environment which is not only comfortable but also makes us strive to learn and grow. In my opinion, all this is necessary for the growth of the company. As the organization completes 5 years I wish Graspskills, All the Best!”
