Work-life challenges help an employee to improve their interpersonal skills, come out of their comfort zone and plan and schedule work on their own with the sense of purpose and responsibility.

Not following the traditional leader-follower mindset require a transformational leader to show trust, give support and direct the committed members of the group about the tasks laid to them instead of controlling them. The authority to make decisions make one feel empowered, trustworthy and confident.
