We looked around the Essay Agents website hoping to find information on company history or location. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so. This may have been in part due to the fact that the website is so extraordinarily cluttered and disorganized. So, we decided to do a bit of investigating. We found that the site is not registered with the BBB. In addition to this, several reviews are very critical of the firm. There is also conflicting location information.

Services

It appears as if the company offers the standard academic Writing services. These include essays, term papers, research papers, thesis and dissertation, math problem solving, academic articles, coursework, lab reports, admissions essays, and more. We did not see any evidence that they offer resume/CV or copywriting services. However, there is a category that is marked ‘other’.

We purchased a four page art essay with a ten day deadline. We did receive it in plenty of time. However, the overall quality was quite poor. There were multiple errors, and it appeared as if the paper ended abruptly without any real conclusion. This was not a paper that we could have turned in for a grade. Had we been students, we would have had to spend hours fixing all of the mistakes.

Prices

We paid 13.39 per page for our paper. This pricing is actually pretty average. The only problem is that the writing quality is so poor that it still feels like getting ripped off. We were given a discount to use as a first time customer. Ultimately, pricing is still too high for such poor quality writing. We attempted to click the link for pricing and discounts. Unfortunately, that link misroutes website visitors back to the order form. This and the clutter on the website was a real problem for us when it came to navigating the website and finding information that we needed.

Customer Support

Before we placed our order, we contacted customer support a couple of times with some general questions. The agents were always helpful and friendly. However, we do suspect we interacted with bots and answering services more often than we did actual human beings.

Unfortunately, things were not as friendly after we received our essay. Then, the customer service agents became defensive, and decidedly unhelpful. It became clear that we would not be receiving any sort of a refund, nor would they fix any of the mistakes in our essay. It was quite disappointing.

Conclusion
