Briggs Drugs in Pregnancy and Lactation PDF Book’s Description
This Briggs Pregnancy And Lactation book [PDF] is now in its 12th edition and is still very popular among physicians and other professionals who work with pregnant and lactating patients.
This edition, like the previous one, is available in print and online. However, the authors reduced the size of the book in this edition by removing 33 reviews of drugs that are no longer on the market.
If the information for those agents is required, the 10th edition can be consulted. Only two of this edition’s 142 new drug reviews have human pregnancy data.
There have been no reports of use while breastfeeding. A large number of reviews have also been revised. Nonetheless, published human data for the majority of the drugs in this book remain extremely limited.
