This book contains many medications that are brand new to the pharmaceutical industry. The book is quite helpful. Essential data are highlighted, and safety precautions are highlighted in red. What’s more, it’s cleanly organized into parts such as side effects and nursing considerations. The font must be small because the book is 1477 pages long; otherwise, the reader, already hefty, would be impossible to carry. It’s not pocket-sized; it’s somewhat more significant than an adult male hand and as thick as a clenched adult fist on the front cover. All of the medications are alphabetized. A code on the front of the book grants you a one-year subscription to drugguide.com as well as a discounted cost for David’s Drug Guide.
Cons
Unfortunately, the book’s online/digital access code is just for the website, not the app. The app looks to cost an extra $30 each year. In the description, this should be made more explicit. Furthermore, the pages are so thin that they easily tear.
