Eligibility Criteria

Age: Candidates should not be more than 32 years of age as on the date of interview. The upper age limit may be relaxed as per the Government of India Rules for the post of Research Associate & Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age as on the date of interview. The upper age limit may be relaxed as per the Government of India Rules for the post Junior Research Fellow.

Qualification:  Research Associate:– PhD in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience relevant to the project and should possess the knowledge of HPLC, GCMS-MS and plant compound purification. Junior Research Fellow:– M.Sc in Microbiology/Biosciences/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Life Science preferably with NET/GATE/BET. Candidates should have minimum 55% marks throughout the career.

Fellowship for Research Associate: Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Thousand) only per month + HRA as admissible

Fellowship for Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only per month + HRA as admissible

Selection Process: Only short-listed candidates will be called for appearing before the interview board. The candidates will have to bring original documents from 10th standard onwards and photocopies of mark sheets, certificates, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificates and NET/GATE/BET or similar examination qualifications, any other testimonials and a copy of recent curriculum vitae (CV) on the day of the interview.
