Black Bone Rattan (黑骨藤) is a medicinal herb that’s often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to treat rheumatism. Black bone rattan trees can grow up to 4 meters high and are native in China’s Anhui, Zhejiang, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan provinces. It mainly grows in dense mountain forests or hillside shrubs at an altitude of 500-2000 meters.
