Aroma after adding water: The sweet touch isn’t as strong as before the addition of water.

Taste: A slightly bitter taste tickles the back of the tongue. Without knowing, you would never guess that this absinthe has an alcohol content of 72%. It is a mellow and easy-to-drink absinthe.

Overall Impression: I can understand why Abisinthe Amer 72 is always among the most popular absinthes on our website. It is very easy to drink and has a wonderful balance!
