The local artists’ talents are highlighted at the Reach Art for Autism auction.

Bidding for Reach Child and Youth Development Society’s Fourth Annual Art for Autism fundraiser will begin online on Feb. 11. Various Artists, including those from the South Delta Artist’s Guild, South Delta Artisans, and individual artists, have donated paintings, pottery, sculpture, and jewelry lots. Additionally, Sandra Taylor, a well-known community artist, has generously provided over 25 paintings from her personal collection. This event aims to raise funds to support autism programs at Reach by putting original local paintings back into circulation. The fundraiser would not be possible without the support of donors, bidders, and volunteers, who contribute to bridging funding shortfalls. The online auction will be live for two weeks, ending at noon on Feb. 26. Interested individuals can visit the website to view the artwork, learn about local artists, and place bids to support children with developmental needs at Reach.
