Dark Spice was the second addition to the Salford Rum range and has developed a real cult following both regionally and nationally. Just like the rums unloaded into Salford Docks during its heyday, Dark Spice blends specially selected rums from Barbados, matured for up to eight years in ex-Bourbon, American white oak casks. It scooped a silver medal at the World Rum and Cachaca Awards.
