Going live on 30th April, the Lanes Kitchen at All Star Lanes is giving its menu a summery revamp with new, internationally inspired additions to the menu across all sites. Created by Executive Chef Matt Goussaert, the menu is packed with delicious, lighter dishes, perfect for the summer months.

Dishes include the Bang Bang Chicken, mixing tender pulled chicken thigh with crunchy Red Cabbage, peppers, chilli, spring onion, baby gem lettuce, beansprouts, a creamy cashew dressing and Bang Bang sauce. Along with the Rainbow Chopped Salad, including roasted butternut squash, edamame beans, avocado, radish, lettuce, charred sweetcorn, Cajun chickpeas, cherry tomatoes and a buttermilk dressing, creating a salad with all colours of the rainbow.

The Salmon and Prawn Skewers are a Lanes Kitchen favourite with chunks of salmon, king prawns, red onions, courgette and cherry tomatoes on a bed of zingy lime and garlic quinoa and topped with mango salsa. The Lanes Kitchen and Biff’s Jack Shack’s vegan burger makes its much-anticipated return, since it was available throughout Veganuary. ‘El Jackitan’ is back for good, combining a crispy jackfruit patty with zesty guacamole, tortilla chips, tomato, red onion, coriander, BBQ sauce and nacho cheeze.

All Star Lanes has creatively overhauled its taco offering with four tasty dishes to choose from. Three meaty options include Slow Cooked Pork Rib with red cabbage, pickled onion and light BBQ sauce, Buttermilk Chicken with buffalo sauce, house slaw, spring onion and shredded lettuce and Beef Brisket with jalapeno salsa, red cabbage and South Carolina sauce. Vegans are by no means an afterthought, with the Roasted Squash taco, including refried beans, pico de gallo and guacamole.

Dishes from the Lanes Kitchen are also now available on Deliveroo, allowing guests to enjoy the restaurant’s dishes from home. All Star Lanes has four sites across London (White City, Brick Lane, Holborn, Stratford) and one in Manchester. The Lanes Kitchen is All Star Lanes’ in-house restaurant.
