– Pate – Smoked mackerel, sour dough, crème fraiche, beetroot, pressed cucumber
– Carpaccio – Heirloom tomato, whipped feta cheese, micro leaves, basil, black garlic
– Chicken livers – Smooth parfait, milk roll, tomato & red pepper chutney
– Comfit duck leg – Spring roll, braised lentils, textures of celeriac, sour apples

– Roast rump of beef – Butter roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, wilted greens, caramelised celeriac puree, honey glazed carrot, red wine jus (£5.50 supplement)
– Cod loin – Root vegetable Boulangere potato, purple cauliflowers, spiced butter sauce
– Roasted leg of lamb – Butter roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, wilted greens, caramelised celeriac puree, honey-glazed carrot, redcurrant jus
– Roasted chicken breast – Butter roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, wilted greens, caramelised celeriac puree, honey-glazed carrot, red wine jus
– Risotto – Roasted butternut squash, honey & thyme, blue cheese beignet, tendril shoots

– Sticky toffee pudding – Vanilla ice cream, honey comb, vanilla fudge, toffee sauce
– Selection of home churned ice cream – three scoops
